About Pour from Overflow - Empowerment Through Restoration

Meet Dr. Toni Hawkins

Rev. Dr. Toni Hawkins is an architect of self-care, empowered living, and transformational leadership.
Her work helps leaders, caregivers, and changemakers move beyond survival into wholeness through practices that sustain both inner life and outward service.

Rev. Dr. Toni Hawkins is the founder of Pour From Overflow™, a movement and leadership platform dedicated to self-care, sustainable leadership, and empowered living for caregivers, clergy, and changemakers. A pastor, speaker, author, coach, and board-certified pastoral counselor, Dr. Toni helps individuals move from exhaustion and over-functioning to renewal, resilience, and purposeful living.

Creator of the POUR Renewal™ Framework — Pause, Orient, Unburden, Restore. She invites you into the POUR Framework™ through experiences like the Saguaro Renewal Sanctuary™ and the Me Time Collective™. These are not just offerings. They are extensions of her own Journey as a woman who understands how heavy life can become as a caregiver, clergy, leader, and changemaker. She knows through lived experience how necessary it is to pause and reclaim your wholeness.

Dr. Toni’s work integrates faith, leadership, wellness, and transformation to help people live well so they can lead well. Through speaking, retreats, coaching, digital content, and sacred spaces for renewal, she encourages others to stop running on empty and begin pouring from overflow.

Her message is simple, timely, and transformative: sustainable leadership begins with sacred renewal. As Dr. Toni often reminds others, “Pause for a moment… pour from overflow."

If you've been carrying more than you can sustain and wondering where to begin, consider this your invitation.

 Let's talk.

 Let's pause.

And let's begin the work of renewal together.
